4. Submit demo videos (on your smartphone) to show us your progress

    

   We give you clear instructions on how to film and teach using mitts, and we personally review your videos to help you improve.

    

   You’ll get detailed feedback from Tony or Kerrie within 72 hours. 

    

   If you don’t pass on the first go—don’t stress. 

    

   We’ll give you specific pointers so you can resubmit and level up.

No it does not expire, there is no time limit to complete.  Most attendees finish each level in a few weeks, which is optimal. Taking the Boxing Fitness online course is very convenient but completion time depends on your  level of commitment and discipline to practice and get it finished in a timely amount of time.

You’ll need a few basic items:

✅ A pair of mittens

✅ Boxing gloves

✅ 180” hand wraps

✅ A smartphone to record your demo videos

✅ A stable internet connection

When it’s time to submit your video assessments, you’ll also need a partner to help demonstrate hand wrapping, mitt work, and your new coaching skills.

Don’t worry—we give you full instructions on how to film everything step-by-step.

Note:

There’s a heavy bag section in Level 1, but you don’t need a bag to complete the course. Instead, you’ll submit a shadowboxing video in place of the heavy bag work.
